Mom and I just returned from Vienna, Austria, where I attended a mathematics conference while she saw some sights. One Sunday we visited the Schonbrunn Palace, which was built to rival Versailles. On Wednesday we took a day trip to Prague, Czech Republic, where we saw Johannes Kepler’s birthplace among other things. On Thursday, the night before we returned, we attended Puccini’s La Boehme at the Vienna State Opera House. Here are some photos:
