Adam and I met two years ago when he was rappelling from a skylight into the gym dressed as Batman for the annual Singles Ward Film Festival. They asked Adam to host this year’s Tim Burton themed event as Willy Wonka even though we graduated from being singles. I went as the White Queen from Alice in Wonderland. This is no ordinary activity as you can see from the chocolate river that snaked around the gym. If you look in the background, you can see the chocolate waterfall that ran all night. And those decorations were just the beginning…
Our big ward parties are potlucks at the park.
BTW – What was the chocolate in the river made out of?
Water pumped in from the baptisimal font mixed with large amounts of chocolate syrup. They rigged up an entire pump system to run the waterfall. It was pretty awesome.
