Graduation

Though I defended last June, I missed the deadline to walk in graduation by 2 weeks, so today I finally got my chance. Jusok, Linda, David, Rachelle, Jonas, Michelle, Jusok’s parents, Jusok’s sister, brother in law and two nieces were in attendance. After the ceremony we had refreshments at our house with friends and family. Looks like none of the photos shows the back of the gown with the giant hood, which is too bad because it was pretty cool (you can see just a tiny bit of the hood in the front–the blue velvet with gold satin).

Notice the three Grandma Bailey items on display behind the food. The Aynsley vase with lid, small rose box and shoe. They have been decorating that dining room table since I brought them home (moved up to the ledge today to make room for the food).

She was the only female CS PhD!

Congrats!!! Especially being the only female! I love the gma B items, I have mine all out on display too! We just need to have Lara display the jeweled Christmas Tree in her living room! I also really like your color of green on the wall.

Fabulous, Cynthia!! You go girl! You are now the most education woman in the fam.

I understand you are still teaching part time. What are your plans now you are overqualified for every job?

Connie says you are wonderful. And she will post more when we figure it out! We left posts, but they don’t show up yet.
